THE BOARDROOM-REFRESHING RECRUITMENT seeks a skilled & experienced EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ( PA to GM ) for our client, a 5* luxury hotel. Seeking an EE candidate as per our clients mandate. If you meet the requirements below, then I would like to hear from you!

 

Role requirements:

Diary Management for the General Manager

Travel /flight arrangements

Department office administration support

Office is managed as per best practice and company policy (includes filing system, mail, telephone, etc).

Sensitive and confidential information – filed and stored for safekeeping as per standard operating procedures.

Mail is proactively responded to and distributed as per Manager’s policy.

Messages understandable to the recipient – common language, all details provided as per standards procedures – delegated

 

Complaints/queries are responded to immediately to ensure prompt resolution.

Escalated to relevant senior mangers and follow up to ensure resolution.

Ongoing communication to ensure customer is aware of progress of compliant/query.

Feedback on result/solution provided to relevant stakeholders and complainant.

Resolved – meets customer expectations.

 

Excellent minute taking skills- Minutes provide an accurate account of what was discussed, (verbatim for legal documents).

Minutes authorised by Manager.

Relevant stakeholders forwarded minutes as per agreed deadlines.

 

Ensures that all stakeholders are informed of required information to meet their needs.

Checks for mutual understanding in all communication.

Presents oneself clearly and articulately when speaking to others ensuring that others fully comprehend the intended message.

Presents him/herself in a professional manner when communicating to external customers e.g. Auditors

Acts as a connection/ liaison between others: e.g. employees and management, managers and managers, etc.

Is able to communicates with people on various levels and from various backgrounds e.g. Executives, Guests, Government officials etc

 

Assist with Board pack compilation

Powerpoint presentations

Travel arrangements for property (flights, cars, accommodation)

A friendly profile photo in professional attire (shoulders and up)
